We currently ship within the United States only.
Your delivery time = order processing time + shipping time.

🚚 Delivery

Orders over $150

• Free standard shipping (5–8 business days)

• Or choose UPS 4-day shipping for just $3 at checkout

Orders under $150

• Standard shipping (5–8 business days): $7 USD

🕣 Order Processing

Please allow 1–3 business days (excluding weekends) for your order to be processed and shipped.
You’ll receive an email confirmation and tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

📦 Lost Packages

We are not liable for packages lost in transit.
If your package is lost, please file a claim directly with the carrier.
If this happens, send us a message — we’ll guide you through the steps.

⮑ Returns

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery.
The return parcel must be posted back within 14 days of receiving your order.

All items must be unused, with tags and hygiene liners attached.
If a returned item does not meet these conditions, it will be returned to you at your own expense.

There is a $10 fee for returns to cover return shipping and repackaging costs.

♻️ Exchanges

You can exchange an item for a different size or color of the same style at no cost, as long as it’s in stock.
Each order can be exchanged once. After an exchange, items are no longer eligible for another exchange and can only be returned under our standard return policy.

🌍 Delivery - International

We do not currently ship outside the United States (but this is in our future plans!).
